Shenandoah Valley Childbirth Classes

My desire is to help women educate themselves on all of their options for birth and to support them in personal growth and discovery as they experience their own births. I am certified through ICEA as a childbirth educator. I am also trained through DONA as a birth doula.

We offer a comprehensive one-day labor workshop that covers:

1. Healthy Pregnancy and Choices in Childbirth
2. Signs and Stages of Labor
3. Coping with Labor
4. Breastfeeding Basics and New Born Care.

We also offer a prenatal class for Moms in their 1st and 2nd Trimester and a refresher class for Moms that already have had natural childbirth.
