Looking for a Small Office and Storage Space in Shenandoah County VA

Looking for office type space to use for storage of items for eBay sales. Mostly clothing.

I don't need anything larger than 10x10 space and electric, maybe wifi.  I'd love to find someone willing to share a space and split the cost or that has extra space in an office/storage area they would be willing to rent at a reasonable cost.  I'm open to a variety of options.Looking for something in the radius of Strasburg VA but open to other locations in Shenandoah County VA.
