We offer prenatal, childbirth, and postpartum classes with our ICEA Certified Childbirth Educator. We also offer Doula services from our DONA International Certified Doula. We provide the education and the support you need to feel truly prepared for this special time in your life.

We offer a comprehensive one day labor work shop that covers:

1. Healthy Pregnancy and Choices in Childbirth 
2. Signs and Stages of Labor
3. Coping with Labor 
4. Breastfeeding Basics and New Born Care. 

We also offer a prenatal class for Moms in their 1st and 2nd Trimester and a refresher class for Moms that already have had a natural childbirth.
